This super contemporary Architect designed family house with steel frame construction, cedar walls and zinc roof required a state of art lighting scheme with smart control. Each room is zoned and there is a dedicated art gallery requiring a bespoke lighting scheme. The client wanted the ambiance of lighting to change depending on how the rooms were to be used. There is a mixed underfloor and wet heating system together with domestic hot water generation with 3 on-suite bedrooms with zoned control with traditional and smart control via an app. There is security lighting and zoned exterior lighting for the entrance driveway and courtyard.
